The scope of work involved monitoring construction progress, evaluating scope changes, managing contract change orders and inspections, and overseeing the erection and placement of prestressed concrete and steel bridges, as well as foundation inspections and Cast-In-Drilled-Hole (CIDH) piling inspections and analysis.
